甘党・辛党にならい、「ナチュラルワイン好き」を指す言葉です。

インポーター、ソムリエ、生産者、そしてただのナチュラルワイン好きをゲストに迎え、 1本のワインを囲みながら自由に語り合う、ラジオ関西の15分番組。YouTube・Podcastでは30分程のフルエピソードを配信中。
"音で味わうワイン体験" をお届けしています。

"NW" is short for Natural Wine — coined like Japan's "sweet tooth" and "salty tooth" traditions, to mean simply "a natural wine lover."

Each week, importers, sommeliers, producers and just plain natural-wine-lovers join us around a single bottle for a free-flowing 15-minute conversation on Radio Kansai, and a full episode streamed on YouTube and Podcast — a wine experience for the ears.

After studying with restaurants and wineries abroad, he opened "Wine Shop Fujimaru" and went on to launch Japan's first urban winery and winery-restaurants in Tokyo and Osaka.

京都・祇園のナチュラルワインバー komorebinoマネージャー。 JSA認定ソムリエ (2009) / JSA酒ディプロマ (2020)。 フランス・コート・デュ・ローヌのマゼルを飲んだことをきっかけに、 ナチュラルワインの魅力に目覚める。 Manager of komorebino, the natural wine bar in Gion, Kyoto. JSA Certified Sommelier (2009) and JSA Sake Diploma (2020). Her path into natural wine began with a single bottle from Mazel in the Northern Rhône.
